These terms apply to the website bokstad.se and to early-access registration. The website is operated by AB Buddleja, Swedish company registration number 559399-6076 (“we”).
1. What the website is
bokstad.se describes the Bokstad accounting service, which is under development, and provides a calculator for the dividend allowance under the Swedish 3:12 rules. No service is provided yet. The content of the website is information, not an offer to enter into a contract.
2. Early access
By registering interest you ask us to contact you when Bokstad can be used. Registration is free and creates no obligations for either party. We do not promise to launch the service, to launch it at any particular time, or that you will be given access. You do not commit to using or paying for anything. Prices and discounts shown on the website are intentions and may change before launch.
Terms for using the Bokstad service itself will be provided separately when the service opens.
3. The calculator
The 3:12 calculator gives an estimate based on the figures you enter and the rules and amounts stated on the page. It is intended as guidance and is not tax advice. We are not an accounting firm. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the calculation and should check with Skatteverket or an adviser.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the website, including text, design and code, belongs to AB Buddleja. You may use the calculator and share links to calculations. You may not copy or republish the website's content without our permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from use of the website or the calculator, to the extent liability can be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
6. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. The version published on the website applies. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.
8. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law governs these terms and the use of the website. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum.
